HOW WE DO IT


 

The Sessions;

The sessions are normally carried out on a one-to-one basis, or in very small groups, where we act as a sounding board and catalyst for change on the basis that “a problem shared is a problem halved”. The aim is to generate clear steps for action at the end of each session.

 The initial session typically takes two hours and is aimed at defining problem areas and issues for immediate attention. Follow-up sessions are planned to take between two and four hours depending on content, with time between sessions to think, collate information and act on tasks that have been agreed.

 More in-depth work in specific areas can be carried out according to needs. This type of support typically takes the form of focused project management tasks, where we either act directly as the driver behind the project, Project Manager or as a Coach to the manager in charge.

 Support on an ongoing basis can also be arranged, through an individual Business Mentoring program.
